Each month includes 8 fitness sessions plus 2 monitoring sessions. The fitness sessions are a consistent exercise regimen of a single type of exercises like XBODY or Infrared Cocoon Fitness Pod. It can also be a mix of the two. This all depends on your goals and the results you want to achieve. At your first session, we will create a customized personal fitness plan that will allow us to determine what is the best mix for you. All of our membership plans include 2 progress monitoring sessions per month.

One month Membership

This membership plan includes 8 fitness sessions. This can include 8 XBODY EMS sessions or 8 Cocoon Fitness Pod sessions or a mix of both. It also includes 2 progress monitoring sessions.
